Where are Thorogood® boots manufactured?
The majority of our boots are handcrafted in the USA by union workers at our ISO 9001 certified facilities in Wisconsin. Look for the 'USA Made' tag on specific product pages.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for boots in unworn, brand-new condition with original packaging. If your boots have been worn outside or show signs of wear, they are ineligible for return.
Are Thorogood® boots covered by a warranty?
Yes, our boots come with a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper maintenance.
How do I find the right size for my boots?
Thorogood® boots generally run true to size, though some customers find our Moc Toe styles run slightly large. We recommend checking our size guide or ordering your standard dress shoe size.
Can my Thorogood® boots be resoled?
Most of our heritage and work boots feature Goodyear Welt construction, which allows them to be resoled by a professional cobbler, significantly extending the life of your footwear.
