Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once authorized, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.
Pack and Ship
Place the unworn boots in their original Thorogood® branded box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the return for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
